This compilation of songs is quite literally the documented evidence of a bunch of high school kids from various areas across Los Angeles, coming together to experiment with the sounds that would soon become the standard for decades of hip hop to come. These original early-1990's straight-to-cassette recordings from the first generation of the now international Peanut Gallery Network have been gently remastered for digital release.

OG PG LA: 1991-1995 is comprised of select tracks from the Peanut Gallery's first dubbed-cassette compilation. Truly LoFi before LoFi was LoFi - enjoy the thick low end and that authentic tape hiss!
